Scott Berryman has been representing clients involved in divorce, child custody and child support matters since 1991. He has extensive experience in resolving cases that involve complex and contentious issues. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials throughout the State of Georgia and is a skillful advocate both inside and outside of the courtroom. Most importantly, he understands the needs and concerns of people who are going through divorce and custody disputes, and he provides his clients with the confidence found in knowing that their interests are his priority.
Scott was a partner at the largest family law firm in Georgia. He left that firm in 2009 because he saw the need represent his clients in a personalized and individual way that is not possible with the bigger family law firms.
In addition to family law related matters, Scott has represented clients in business and real estate disputes, as well as trust and estate litigation. His experience and knowledge in these areas help him represent his divorce clients, who are often faced with valuing and untangling their related business and real estate assets.
